• Unreasonable and in some cases unbelievable amount of red-tape and bureaucracy • Difficulties getting IT (MGTI) to do most things in a timely manner; your job may be more focused on "who in MGTI do I need to contact" to get something done opposed to actually knowing how to do it • The reinsurance industry can be very bland and is very detached from making the world a better place for anyone • My bonus for the previous year was revoked solely because I turned in a 2-week notice; be warned
