Cons

You need to be focused on learning and developing a network for years before feeling like you are leading/owning accounts - but it’s worth the wait.

Great team with friendly people. Flexible hours and the ability to work from home.

Cons

Not much of a room for growth, if you are not in US or London based offices. During renewal(summer) long hours without possibility to take a vacation.
