Autonomy and flexibility with little red tape Some excellent managers who really care Huge opportunity to get involved with big clients

Cons

All the teams at GC greatly differ from each other. It's a business of businesses. Some of the culture is poor. Senior colleagues get impatient with more junior colleagues - about things which aren't their fault - and sadly nothing is done about this
