Guy Carpenter is a great company. It cares about its employees as illustrated by the longevity of many employees. Moreover, the interviewing process if fair and on-boarding efficient. Guy Carpenter is a leader in its industry.
Cons
Perhaps because Guy Carpenter does so well with its brokers driving its business, its marketing team might be an after-thought. My role was part of the marketing team and the CMO is uninspired about his job and fails to even pretend to care about his job, company or team In fact his contempt for them is practically obvious. Moreover, the so-called content strategy is a decade out of step with today's trends. It is a good role to accept while you look for another opportunity inside the company or beyond.
