Pros

Some truly talented people who care about the best interests of their clients. Some great people to work with. Lots of young talent with potential in all areas of the company.

Cons

Back office Senior Management has no clue. Significant resources devoted to KPI reports, but staff is then told they don't really tell the entire picture. If that is the case, why develop them? All power resides in the hands of a few old timers who have no clue how to treat people or develop them. Very political at the top. Line level staff are not fooled by the public persona...nobody trusts Management...they are just afraid to say anything and get blackballed. Those who do speak up are usually gone within a couple years. Massive talent outflow in the past 3 years.

Pros

There are conference opportunities at this workplace.

Cons

- Lower that market salary. - Bullying in the form of excessive criticism/undermining (constant nitpicking and setting unrealistic project expectations for new staffs to fail), hostile communication, and isolation (deliberately preventing new staffs from working with others in the team). - No accountability or support from leadership. Managers would blame new staff for mistakes while providing no proper training or guidance. - Passive-aggressive and hostile communication. Feedback and emails were delivered in a way that undermined confidence and created a hostile and psychologically unsafe work environment. - No structured onboarding. New staff were thrown into highly technical projects with no hands-on training, expected to “figure it out” from videos. - Poor communication from lower management, unclear tasks and expectations. Work was assigned in fragments every time, with no full picture, forcing staff to chase down missing details. - Lack of empathy and psychological safety in the workplace. Struggles or distress were met with criticism instead of support. - Long hours and poor work–life balance.
