Good for Execs but Hard for Support Staff

Good market share, part of stable parent company, budget for supplies to keep offices working. Access to savings plans with some company match. Great place to be a Senior Exec - large travel and expense budget, can hire kids/friends to feel good or win business.

Cons

Past 2 years have gutted pay and incentives for AVP or below, will hire ex-Willis above internal development. Consolidated CSS / support staff authority for efficiency (lower pay & promote slave drivers).

There is not much opportunity to move out of CSS into other departments. Smart office environment is noisy. Pension was discontinued and salary increases are small.
