Management no longer practicing what they have preached for so many years. When sales slowed, the values disappeared. The company has not handled their growth rate as well as in the past. Some benefits have been reduced, like vacation for long term employees. Growth pains have been painful. Upper management headquartered in Chicago where none of the other Grundfos US holdings are?
