      Not like "the good old days"

      Pros

      Good salary with above average medical benefits. Recently added small dental and vision coverage. Normal work schedule and paid vacation. Very good educational assistance for schooling and training related to core business. Was a very family friendly with good focus work life balance before new management. Management based 6 core values and 5 leadership principles.

      Cons

      Management no longer practicing what they have preached for so many years. When sales slowed, the values disappeared. The company has not handled their growth rate as well as in the past. Some benefits have been reduced, like vacation for long term employees. Growth pains have been painful. Upper management headquartered in Chicago where none of the other Grundfos US holdings are?

      Pros

      Benefits are good, most of the employees are good people. Nice places to travel and we always stay at nice hotels. Many employee luncheons and great holiday time off.

      Cons

      They talk about employee value, but don't follow any practices around it. If you aren't a European male, you won't go far is this male dominated company.

      Overworked and still expected to produce

      Pros

      The people in non-management positions are amazing. The benefits package is great. Location of the factory is great, because it is away from Houston traffic. The company as a whole provides continuous training and highly encourage employees to participate.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to produce and continue to produce with a limited amount of staff. No matter how much is produced, we are still required to help other departments and areas causing everyone to always be behind. Management does not see that they are working the employees so much that it is causing medical problems.
