Pros

The people in non-management positions are amazing. The benefits package is great. Location of the factory is great, because it is away from Houston traffic. The company as a whole provides continuous training and highly encourage employees to participate.

Cons

Employees are expected to produce and continue to produce with a limited amount of staff. No matter how much is produced, we are still required to help other departments and areas causing everyone to always be behind. Management does not see that they are working the employees so much that it is causing medical problems.

There’s room for growth, but you need to advocate for yourself and stay proactive.

- Some processes can feel slow due to a global structure - Communication between regions and departments can be inconsistent - Career progression may depend heavily on your manager
