Pros

Grundfos is a good company with a positie working environent. They look after the employees well from top to bottom. Working for the compnay presents lots of oppurtunities for progression as well as the oppurtunity to travel.

Cons

The communication within the company can be lacking. This is to be expected to some degree in a compnay this large but there are times when people don't fully understand the direction a particular project is going or who is in charge

Excellent benefit package, sold vacation time, compensation is generous. Leadership is restructuring for the better. New office in Downers Grove is very neat and clean. Focus on culture and values is important.
