Pros

It is extremely European/Danish in the way they approach many things. Pros include a high regard for employees. Benefits are great, salary is good, and work/life balance is OK.

Cons

Tend to mostly focus on the company headquarters in Denmark. That often times lets the rest of the employees with nixed signals and confusion.

Pros

Excellent benefits, better than most other companies; Good family and work balance; good coworkers; immediate supervisors have been good and have my respect.

Cons

As time goes by, the company appears to be focusing more on sales to meet their quotas. Technical support for service and repair has always been lagging behind. Little to no bonuses for the past five years. People are continually being pushed to their limits. People from other departments have been given the choice of either going into sales or being let go.

The physical facilities in the Texas plant are aging, and they are not great for day to day activity.
