Carrier advancement. Very good company to work for. Its the best company to work with. They encourage challenging responsibilities. I will refer to any well meaning candidates

Cons

Market salary rates not used and affecting labor turnover. Encourage training of employees to have external knowledge of products and way of doing things. It has a future though.
