Good management. Great work conditions. Gym, canteen, trainnings program. All things that you can imagine as an emploee. Recomended for sure.

Cons

Not challenging. To administrative. The QMS system is taken up to the redicilous point. Everything is so regulated that you need 100 of papers signed.

Grundfos is an excellent company to work for, great leadership, wonderful work environment. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

Very political where key decisions are made and focus was not what was best for the company, but what was good for their friends.
