Excellent benefits, Work-Life Balance here is TRUE, The people here are easy to get along with. You also get to practice your english skills more as you are working closely with the Danish people.

Cons

Load of work is below average, so if you're looking for an organization that keeps you busy all the time, you might want to reconsider.

This company is open in giving opportunities internally for employees who wants to move or change task instead of hiring outsiders first once a position is open (depending on the open position of course). I think that it is good for those who are like me who wants to move up to a better position to prove their selves that they can do more and they have what it takes. Not all companies are open to that kind of process especially I came from a very different task.

Cons

On my previous position, sometimes they take tasks from other teams that is irrelevant to what we do.
