Pros
This company is open in giving opportunities internally for employees who wants to move or change task instead of hiring outsiders first once a position is open (depending on the open position of course). I think that it is good for those who are like me who wants to move up to a better position to prove their selves that they can do more and they have what it takes. Not all companies are open to that kind of process especially I came from a very different task.
Cons
On my previous position, sometimes they take tasks from other teams that is irrelevant to what we do.
