Overtime pay. Good benefits if you are able to give them your soul.

Cons

They want you to work 50-60hr a week mandatory. They hire people trough agencies to under pay them and not give benefits.

IS Management in Grundfos is transparent. Leaders communicate well and give updates about the business status. IS leaders gather employee inputs and suggestions on how they can improve the workplace so their employees and the company as whole succeeds. They execute those suggestions.

Cons

Some department in IS doesn't seem to have aligned processes within their members. Lack of coordination must be one of the reason.

Competitive Salary, travel perks, fun environment, retirement benefit, still a relatively small office in Manila so you still can talk directly to the country manager and he knows you by name!

Cons

needs to hire more professional HR personnel. No other cons, this is a great company to work in
