      One get exposure to software like SAP ERP, lots of exposure to different kinds of people from all over the world and their demand specifications

      Cons

      Micro management, lots of time spent in meetings and projections rather than work. over time work and no commission for it. less transparency in kind of jobs derived from subordinates, so growth can not be expected. personal favoritism. promotion not based on qualification. less qualified are highly paid than others.
