Pros

pace is fast and I liked it. if you have an idea, you'll be able to work on it for a short period of time; then the CEO will shut down your project for little to no reason International: many employees are from different country; that is really cool to work with them. The product is great and the potential amazing; but the company is run by a CEO who can't capture this opportunity.

Cons

the environment is incredibly stressful, toxic and unorganised. The CEO changes his mind and the company priority every other months with no explanation. so if you have been focusing your energy on a priority you can bin it a month later. worth, you can easily get fired; just because the CEO believes your job is not valuable. the CEO believe that treating people poorly is efficient and make them work hard. The problem is that is direct report are also applying the same behavior. In a nutshell, unless you're desperate for a job, do not join this company. soon or later, you will be crunched

Thanks for your honest review. We're sorry to hear that your time with us was not as positive as we strive to make it for all our employees. Your feedback is essential in helping us reflect on our practices and make improvements, where necessary. We are continuously working hard to make Grover an even better place to work at. Working in a fast-paced scale-up often means being involved in challenging and demanding projects that require quick decisions and actions. Even if there are good reasons behind every decision made, it is up to us to ensure these reasons are communicated in a clear and concise manner. We understand that your experience might have left you with some concerns, and we apologize for any discomfort you may have felt. Please know that your feedback will be shared with the appropriate teams to foster conversations about how we can better communicate and manage such situations in the future. We're committed to learning from your experience and working toward creating a positive and supportive working environment for all employees. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
