sky is the limit as far as income. the more you produce, the more you get paid. Stock purchase option is great.

Cons

Lots of politics. Promotions are given to whomever management "owes" it to. Best person for the job does not always get it. Insurance sucks

Too much favoritism and drama in the department. Ive worked there for a little less than a year, and they would just fire people without any notice, low pay, and etc.

taking holiday is frowned upon and you are "expected to not want to take holiday and work otherwise do you really want to work here?" They give pure nasty criticism that's not constructive. No HR presence at dealership so left without any support and managers can treat you as they please and make up lies.
