This is all due to the fact that the pay plan is so horrible that we’re literally being starved out of a job with shelter on the chopping block as well but hey, the company stock price is soaring! This is what wage theft looks like! Historically, Automotive Sales Associates got paid very well. Not anymore and Group 1 established a “new normal” by taking even more money from their workers!

Not sure about other brands but JLR is a big big headache. Constant cancellations from customers due to insurance issues. Cars always going wrong, customers will tell you they won’t come back. As a Salesman it doesn’t matter how great the service is if the product constantly letting us down. Managers have favourites and sometimes the quite non favoured ones don’t get to eat…
