Since the buyout by Group 1 Automotive, this place has gone downhill fast. Customers are fed up and don’t want to do business with us. The good salespeople saw the writing on the wall and left for better opportunities. Leadership? A complete joke — from the general managers J & A all the way down to their Internet sales managers. The lack of real leadership is beyond questionable. It’s clear promotions are based on favoritism and personal relationships, not qualifications.
Every department in management should honestly be reported. Employees are constantly reminded they’re disposable, worthless, and easily replaced. It’s disgusting. I’ll gladly share my experience moving forward. Last-minute changes, over-the-top policies, micromanagement, manipulation, scare tactics — you name it, they’ve pulled it.
They don’t even deserve to carry the Beck name anymore. The Beck family would be embarrassed to see how their legacy is being ruined by selfish, arrogant leadership. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from any of their locations. They lie, they cheat, and if they’re this dishonest with customers, imagine how they treat their employees.
Oh, and one more thing — it’s pretty clear there’s a pattern with how they keep Hispanic women on rotation. You can figure out what that means.
