Can choose your shifts, great camaraderie between co-workers, can have great conversations with people at times, doing something good for the world

Cons

Managers/leaders can have very high expectations with little help. Issues raised fall on deaf ears and are responded to with toxic positivity. Feels like they refuse to acknowledge the tough parts of the job. Constant rejection is the nature of the work, can get tiring some days. Work through all weather conditions
