Pros

Benefits-tuition, medical, life, pet, laptop Access to global networks on slack

Cons

No one takes the organization seriously. So much so that there has been no organizing director or direct canvassing for over a year. Canvassing staff were fired during the pandemic. Transparency is non existent; internal communication is shallow and between staff simply unanswered (they just won't respond). This environment is corporate and white, not for those with socially conscious backgrounds. Encountered 3 stories of women being underpaid to male counterparts with less experience for the same position.
