Boring company that pays well

Pros

* Pays well, slightly above market for an NGO * Lot of free time with little to do

Cons

* Straight up boredom, be ready to experience boredom burnout * Management is messy, have hired incompetent people that don't carry themselves well to manage campaigns and the work is lacklustre * Lack of interest in the organisation to do interesting things * Meaningless training & planning programmes where everyone is just on their laptops not paying attention to things but you still have to attend to show that you are working
