Pros

I work for Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP.). Wonderful people, inspiring and down to earth CEO, great senior management team, flexible hours, great supportive culture, opportunity to travel and learn best practice from all over the world, global and local campaigning focus, an organisation really changing the world every day.

Cons

Limited resources (they don't accept government or corporate funds), younger workforce (but very talented), limited career progression in Australia as a small org (only 62 FTE), very fast paced environment (exciting but doesn't suit everyone!), pay a bit lower than some other NGOs.
