      If you are not part of the popular click you will get treated like your job is to produce and not be appreciated. You will be under valued. Other people will take credit for your hard work. You can do many things correct but they will only focus on that one mistake.

      You will be working alongside like-minded people, who are all eager to solve worldly problems and can bring diverse perspectives.

      Cons

      Sadly, 90% of Greenpeace donations cover the payroll of Greenpeace telemarketers globally, to grow the telemarketing team, to grow the 10% of remaining donations. I thought I was contributing to a net positive activist organization, but instead, I was actually being paid to spend hours on the phone to greenwash people instead. However, Greenpeace believes they are the bearer of intellectual truth, although it is more of a telemarketing firm, rather than a true non-profit that would be more scrutinizing of how political donations are used.

      Flexible working hours 12 days WFH per month most of the junior level staffs are very nice and helpful

      Cons

      Poor development plan, not realistic Fund raising manager in HK who is no experience in general knowledge of fund raising, even the operation works, doesn't have common sense in works Poor image and reputation in HK because they ONLY ASK DONORS MONEY BUT NO ACTUAL SOLUTIONS FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE
