Pros

The people you'll meet are great

Cons

Management changed during the pandemic and everything went belly up. Current Brazilian Executive Director lacks vision, ambition and has zero respect for her employees. As soon as she was hired she fired competent people in management positions and put in place her friends. Middle management is constantly abusing their team and everyone from coordinator below are overworked and burned out.
