Working to do good, great people, very good work environment.

Cons

Overall low salaries, being a non-profit. Too much internal political strugle.

Pros

This is incredibly rewarding work. Its an energetic environment where everyone has a sense of purpose and messianic fervor about that which they're doing. The work is incredibly fulfilling, both creatively and emotionally.

Cons

Greenpeace is a non profit so you won't ever become wealthy working here but you know that going in and you will know you're important and feel like you're making a difference with global reverberations.

Pros

People were very supportive Sharp improvement in communication skills through conducting telemarketing programmes

Cons

Job nature: repetitive as only kept on making telemarketing phone calls If it is the first telemarketing job for you, you will need some time to get used to being rejected by others, which can be quite frustrating
