Pros

This not for profit is a group of scientists and doctors. Researchers and people that truly care about and know about the state of our planet Earth. To raise funds with them is an honor. I gained incredible knowledge about the state of our environment.

Cons

Standing in the heat in down town Los Angeles. Bring a hat and lots of water.

Pros

You will never get bored with work. Most of the colleagues are nice. Very value-oriented, hardworking organisation. Less hierarchical.

Cons

Work is quite challenging and needs your full attention all the time. Hence, the poor work-life balance.
