      Pros

      Great company. Excellent growth opportunities. Really car about their lawyers. Large law firm with lots of really talented people. Would recommend to almost anyone.

      Cons

      Lots of on working hours but thats like any large law firm. Tough to tell how the compensation structure will work going forward.
