      Great training programs for associates. Good clients. The firm takes an interest in listening to associates and informing them about the financial status of the firm.

      Cons

      Salary is below market. Regional offices are treated like they are not as important as the larger ones.

      They definitely do care about their lawyers. Bonuses, raises, family trips to Vegas, retreats, the perks are endless...

      Cons

      Dont care about staff at all. No raises, no bonuses, always asked to sacrifice for the sake of the company but never rewarded. Rude and beligerent staff stay on....very large cliques, vast favoritism and minorities also have job security. No one speaks up for staff.
