Local atmosphere excellent, great people in this location

Cons

Not the same at other locations. Too often, rainmakers (those bringing in lots of business) are not held to company stated policies of respect for all individuals. A select few (including some in positions who have no right to think so) have oversized beliefs in their sense of entitlement. As is true in most all organizations, a few bad apples ruin the whole barrel.

Great place to work. Friendly environment. Work/life balance is wonderful. Human resources very understanding and make accommodations for doctor appointments, days off, etc.

Cons

No matching 401k. Have to fight for raises.
