      Free breakfast and sodas. Good parties.

      Cons

      Unless you are an attorney, HR does lot listen to issues or improvements. There is no opportunity to safely voice any workplace issues without risking a personalized attack from HR and any managing attorneys. Systematically do not give you a formal job description or title so you cannot calculate just how underpaid you are.
