Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

As another reviewer stated you will be a glorified Google researcher and you are chained to your laptop. The manual actually says if you are away from your computer for longer than 15 min you have to let your manager know! Really! You get a 30 min lunch, but in reality with the workload you don’t get a lunch. You don’t have a say on your workload. You get assigned all these requests and you have to finish them at the end of the day. Which normally means you are working over your hours. The work is monotonous and your eyes get glazed over. Most people in the team are ok but there are a few in management that are snarky and because of how long they have been with the firm can get away with it. Also if you want to advance you have to be a management favorite! Oh and finally compensation is below market.
