Pros

Overall, coworkers and clients are friendly and professional. There are a lot of sports teams and groups that try to make it feel like a community. Schedules are usually pretty flexibile.

Cons

Increasingly, everyone is expected to be an upaid marketing rep on top of being a full time consultant. There's a lot of burnout and attrition is rising exponentially.

Cons

Salary was a little lower than some smaller competing firms, but very close.

Old boys club, but its like that at many firms, clear preferance given to CA designations and students, very low pay for students
