Pros

Great discounts on glasses and you learn a lot. Free exam. Nice employees.

Cons

Doctors are hard to work for and have you do way too many jobs other than your own. Pay is not great, and you are required to work Saturdays. You also only get 5 days a year for PTO. That's inclusive of sick time and vacation. There were a couple really nice people that worked there. Crazy amount of turn over. They put a lot of pressure on you to sell glasses, but expect you to do a lot of other things as well, so you can't be on the floor as much as needed. Completely understaffed, and you have to stay until the patient leaves even if its 2 hours after closing. Also if some one knocks on the door, even if you are closed, you have to open it, even if you are about to leave.

To do a new experience, but forget saturday and sunday off. Seems good an employed in a great companies. First job maybe is ok

Cons

Better find something alse, no good organized and too stress the people, no worth no level no value. Hard to grow
