Pros

This is an extremely fast paced company that opens a lot of opportunities. Growth potential. No micromanagement! Flexible work hours, which will perhaps go beyond usual 9-5 Top management is down to earth and supports a lot of initiatives. High tech office with a social area to disconnect from work with a cup of tea or coffee.

Cons

Flex working spaces. Not a fan of their coffee (there is a Starbucks downstairs though:) Limited parking, mostly for top management.
