Great co-workers, nonjudgmental and will try to help you

Cons

A childhood accident had left me with brain injury. As a result, I could only meet 70% of my quota. They let me go rather than transferring me someplace else or hiring more people at the plant. I guess I'll just have to live on my disability check rather than finding a job.

Work with really great people, can be fun place to work and still hit your quota, flexible schedule, it's neat seeing all the crazy things that people donate

No benefits, pay, I'm guessing no advancement

Pros

At goodwill the pay is decent, the job is easy enough and there are a lot of cool things you can find in the donated goods. You can also get a discount on already cheap merchandise that's sometimes new.

Cons

Worst management out of any company I have ever seen or worked for. There is no recognition for going above and beyond and it rewards the lazy. Management walks all over you too. It seems like every day I have to battle to keep my job.
