Pros

employee discount, free life insurance policy, and due to incredibly high turnover, availability of overtime for "cross-trained" employees.

Cons

catty coworkers, micromanagement, no pay increases ever, the corporate spokesperson begun our orientation by saying "you are very lucky to work for us", they hire disabled people to perform simple jobs at the same pay everybody else receives, and expects you to pick up their slack, and most of all, they claim to be such a charitable company but they sell FILTHY, raunchy, torn and tattered textiles overseas for a very high profit. i cannot believe that a company surviving solely off of donated goods and tax cuts for helping the disabled and poor cannot afford to pay anymore than minimum wage to their most dedicated employees.

Pros

Very flexible scheduling, also includes employee discounts and benefits.

Cons

After working for them for 3 years they still did want to promote me, same case with various other employees.

Pros

I enjoyed working at Goodwill because there was so many types of people you came into contact with. The hours always where good and they always took care of their employees.

Cons

Towards the end of my employment they got very strict on clothing and you couldn't buy anything they days you worked.
