Pros

Good employees and customers. Good to see regulars come in daily or weekly looking for a deal.

Cons

Poor management team who do not listen to the voices of the employees. No encouragement or positive roles to lead by example. Micro managing. Says one thing but the bosses/team leads will do another Poor work environment with extreme heat and cold, even inside the processing area. Overpriced items, even if they aren't in 100% condition. Wants to sell trash for money. No merit raise.

Pros

Maybe some of the individuals

Cons

it states in writing that any time with in a year if you get 15 points, then that means automatic termination. 3 points for each time you call in sick. Then when you call in sick for the final time (Meaning 15 points total) they try to tell you that it;s your choice not to come in so your quitting!! I'm running a fever of 103. My life means way more to me than my job!! Oh, and a Drs note will mean absolutely nothing!
