Pros

Decent pay, nice direct supervisor

Cons

Gross shared office (people would trim their nails and leave them on the spaces never seen anything like it) incredibly unsupportive upper management for an agency that valued hiring peers. People were also unkind, they would report you behind your back for things out of your control.

Pros

Passionate staff members, great resources for the community, great benefits, and knowledgable staff members who are excited about their jobs and new team members, higher pay then other nonprofits.

Cons

As in working for any nonprofit there is some disorganization especially with changing programs. Overall not many cons.
