Pros
Great mission. Good location. So many people get fired/quit, you have a lot of opportunities for promotion.
Cons
The professionalism of the staff ebbs and flows. There is a tremendous amount of employee “churn”. I was there for 4 months, 6 people either quit or got fired. In the 2 months that followed my departure, 6 more people either quit or got fired. The constant churn ruins morale and makes it difficult to do anything but watch your back.
