No proper training program for people who want to move upward

Working with people who enjoy golf, great open door policy, hardworking employees

Cons

No incentives for working there can't even hit on simulators, easily get stuck as a cashier begging to be set free no matter experience, hard to move up in company all about who you know, pay is decent but not nearly what you should be making for the expected work, company does not take care of if employees especially hourly and part time. They give absolutely nothing to their employees.

Work life balance and can schedule around outside needs.

Cons

Only management get bonuses. Hard work is not acknowledged. Teammates allowed to goof off hitting golf balls while others (distaff) who do the lions share of the work are not acknowledged. All the men are bros and inspire each other to mess around when there is work to be done.
