No proper training program for people who want to move upward - Players Assistant Golf Galaxy Employee Review

No incentives for working there can't even hit on simulators, easily get stuck as a cashier begging to be set free no matter experience, hard to move up in company all about who you know, pay is decent but not nearly what you should be making for the expected work, company does not take care of if employees especially hourly and part time. They give absolutely nothing to their employees.
