If you love the golf industry you get to be around all the best equipment and apparel in the game.

Cons

When Dick's Sporting goods took over they tried to change the way Golf Galaxy was doing business. My advice to them, "It really wasn't broken".

Pros

The discounts were amazing, and the customers were generally great. Even when morale was low, everyone would work together well and had a collegial environment.

Cons

The district managers generally didn't have a clue as to what they were doing and you could hear that they were just parroting back what the level above them was saying. It was also very Office Space-esque in that you'd get several e-mails if you messed up on the TPS...I mean DSR.
