They do a good job of giving you training before they put you out there on your own. The employee discount is a plus.

Cons

can get a little boring just standing up there if you aren't busy, customers complain to you all the time

Its a pay check. If you really need the money, I'd still lock elsewhere. You will regret signing on here as the business culture is below low.

Cons

They think everyone is stealing from the employee's to the customers. Loss Prevention will be the death of the company. Customers don't come back. Don't get breaks on time or lunch breaks on time. Employees are set up to fail by management. I feel bad for how customers are treated. Glass ceiling for women is pretty low.
