      great place to work, fun people to work with, meet alot of interesting people and pay is great, management is good as well

      can get very busy at times, hard to keep maintaining all the problems that arise, sort of far from where i liev

      Pros

      Most of the co-workers were awesome. Also free membership.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING ELSE. We had to clean bathrooms and all the equipment, sell memberships, sell merchandise...for 8 bucks an hour. All the while at the regular gyms, you get paid the same amount but do A FRACTION of the work. NOT FAIR. Also, your GM of the gym will most likely not know run the gym because the salary is so low and the corporation is in dire need of GMs so they rush the process. Also, because you are serving a lower demographic, the members are less inclined to be polite about money issues.
