Pros

A lot of outgoing people that you get to work with, and interesting people you meet on the way. You get a free membership, and one for a family member if you are a full time employee. You deal directly with the owner, so you feel there is more of a connection to the business than just a chain store.

Cons

The hiring process is very slow, so at times you are left being very short staffed.

Pros

relaxed, easy-going, fun, friendly, soft sales, free gym membership as an employee, great staff, great connections, music, there's always a personal trainer to ask for advice!

Cons

not the best pay, at least to start; sometimes customers can be snippy and demanding, but just jeff it off because it's usually not your fault

Pros

You pretty much make your own schedule. Once you gain a large number of clients, your paycheck improves a lot. Not a real stressful work environment.

Cons

You deal with a lot of different personalities. (a lot of negative) The pay is not consistent. It takes a long time to build up ur clients.
