Pros

If you are lucky enough to have a great GM, and everyone is there to enjoy their job while working hard, it's actually fun to go to work. Compensation opportunities are there. Good culture in the gym, motivational to be around people who want to change lives. Free membership is nice. Great place to network.

Cons

Compensation plans change and you don't have a choice, but to sign it to continue working. Lost a lot of money, but couldn't do anything about it, besides trying to make it up elsewhere. Corporate consists of many who have never really worked at the ground zero of a gym, therefore some systems do not work the way they are expected.

Pros

I cannot think of anything...I would say a good place to workout not a good place to work at.

Cons

No structural approach to sales. Employee is treated very badly and spoken to at times in an abusive manner.
