Cons

DC Metro does not care about their employees. Kept cutting pay, cutting positions, and expected us who were already working 40+ hours a week to work harder to make up the loss in compensation. No one qualified runs the Group Fitness Department, so instructor quality and class selection are low. They've done everything to cut costs and it shows. Maryland clubs look like trash while they spend all of their time and money building up Virginia clubs. They need to fix up their broken clubs or sell them already.
