Pros

Free membership, their are able to work with you on your flexible schedule. Some people are nice to work with. Discounts on their products.

Cons

The pay is HORRIBLE, your raises are even worse. You never move up in the company. They DON'T acknowledge your work, they DON'T appreciate anything that you do. MANAGEMENT if that's what you want to call it is horrible just like the pay. You're VERY replaceable even if you're one of their best employees. Very sad..!!!!!

Pros

Free gym membership. The more memberships you sell, the more commission you make.

Cons

Sometimes the quotas are unreasonable. Corporate is hard to communicate with. Company is so big that all management seems to be too busy to be helpful. Overall, not a good experience working here. I don't feel like I have job security.
